Passionfruit starter kit IQOS in Nouméa: the best shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Passionfruit in Nouméa: 6 units tested over 7 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Passionfruit is allowed to say
Passionfruit prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.64 per 10 ml.
We run passionfruit the same way in Nouméa: same starter kit, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long passionfruit tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a passionfruit starter kit really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at passionfruit in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested passionfruit in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every passionfruit bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
Where passionfruit goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF43 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.64 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.

Not automatically. On passionfruit the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.64 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
How long does passionfruit in a starter kit last?
In Nouméa we measured 7 to 6 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
