Passionfruit refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the price shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Passionfruit in Nouméa: 24 units tested over 6 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
Passionfruit sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Passionfruit prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.52 per 10 ml.
The short version: passionfruit in Nouméa works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a passionfruit refill pack really costs in Nouméa
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested passionfruit in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every passionfruit bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where passionfruit goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit.
Packaging for passionfruit in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF3.52 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF35 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does passionfruit taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the passionfruit blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should passionfruit start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
