Passionfruit in Nouméa: 12 units tested over 7 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Passionfruit is allowed to say
The honest read on passionfruit: 12 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: passionfruit in Nouméa works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a passionfruit box mod really costs in Nouméa
A passionfruit box mod from the compared options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.08 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested passionfruit in a box mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a passionfruit bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every passionfruit bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where passionfruit goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing passionfruit with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for passionfruit in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
