Nutty squonk mod IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist
Nutty in Nouméa: 15 units tested over 2 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What nutty costs in Nouméa
The honest read on nutty: 15 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Nutty in Nouméa reaches the shelf in squonk mod formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long nutty tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a nutty squonk mod really costs in Nouméa
Nutty in a squonk mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested nutty in a squonk mod
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where nutty goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why nutty tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a squonk mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
