Nutty RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the compare shortlist
Nutty in Nouméa: 19 units tested over 6 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a RDA for nutty
Nutty sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Nutty prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.92 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long nutty tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a nutty RDA really costs in Nouméa
We run nutty the same way in Nouméa: same RDA, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested nutty in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every nutty bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where nutty goes wrong
- Mixing nutty with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
