How to tell a good prefilled pod from a repack
Nutty in Nouméa reaches the shelf in prefilled pod formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Nutty prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF1.91 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 11 units, prefilled pod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.

How we tested nutty in a prefilled pod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a nutty bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where nutty goes wrong
- Mixing nutty with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest prefilled pod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a prefilled pod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.

What nicotine strength should nutty start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a prefilled pod.
Why does nutty taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the prefilled pod units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the nutty blend itself harsh.
