Nutty in Nouméa: 22 units tested over 3 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good cartomizer from a repack
Nutty sounds like one product. It is not: a cartomizer running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.

The short version: nutty in Nouméa works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a nutty cartomizer really costs in Nouméa
A nutty cartomizer from the discounted options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.26 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested nutty in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where nutty goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why nutty tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit.

Frequently asked questions
Why does nutty taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the nutty blend itself harsh.
How long does nutty in a cartomizer last?
In Nouméa we measured 3 to 22 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On nutty the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF3.26 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
