Mintice refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the price shortlist
Mintice in Nouméa: 22 units tested over 5 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How we tested Mintice refill pack here
We run mintice the same way in Nouméa: same refill pack, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Mintice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF1.8 per 10 ml.
The short version: mintice in Nouméa works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mintice refill pack really costs in Nouméa
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested mintice in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a mintice bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mintice tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mintice in Nouméa survives.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
