Mintice in Nouméa: 6 units tested over 5 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How we tested Mintice cartomizer here
If you are looking at mintice in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The honest read on mintice: 6 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: mintice in Nouméa works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mintice cartomizer really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at mintice in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested mintice in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mintice in Nouméa survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF1.98 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF43 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mintice the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF1.98 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
How long does mintice in a cartomizer last?
In Nouméa we measured 5 to 6 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
