Mintice in Nouméa: 8 units tested over 2 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Mintice is allowed to say
Mintice 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
We run mintice the same way in Nouméa: same 30 ml shortfill, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 8 units, 30 ml shortfill, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mintice 30 ml shortfill really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on mintice: 8 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested mintice in a 30 ml shortfill
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a mintice bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mintice in Nouméa survives.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.06 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF54 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.

Not automatically. On mintice the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.06 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should mintice start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 30 ml shortfill.
