Mint vape pen IQOS in Nouméa: the compare shortlist
Mint in Nouméa: 20 units tested over 3 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Mint is allowed to say
Mint sounds like one product. It is not: a vape pen running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Mint in Nouméa reaches the shelf in vape pen formats, and the compared ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Below is the run we did for this search: 20 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mint vape pen really costs in Nouméa
A mint vape pen from the compared options in New Caledonia costs about XPF1.68 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested mint in a vape pen
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a mint bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where mint goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How long does mint in a vape pen last?
In Nouméa we measured 3 to 20 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should mint start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mint the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF1.68 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
