Mint sub-ohm kit IQOS in Nouméa: the flat shortlist
Mint in Nouméa: 18 units tested over 9 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What mint costs in Nouméa
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Below is the run we did for this search: 18 units, sub-ohm kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mint sub-ohm kit really costs in Nouméa
Mint in Nouméa reaches the shelf in sub-ohm kit formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested mint in a sub-ohm kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mint bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where mint goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF65 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF1.95 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a sub-ohm kit that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit.
Packaging for mint in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a sub-ohm kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF1.95 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF65 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mint the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF1.95 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
Why does mint taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the mint blend itself harsh.
