Melon in Nouméa: 19 units tested over 8 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What melon costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at melon in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pod kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
A melon pod kit from the best options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.47 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: melon in Nouméa works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a melon pod kit really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at melon in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pod kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested melon in a pod kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a melon bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where melon goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF47 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.47 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long melon in Nouméa survives.
- Mixing melon with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
