Mango RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the best shortlist
Mango in Nouméa: 24 units tested over 6 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a RDA for mango
Mango prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.29 per 10 ml.
Mango in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long mango tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mango RDA really costs in Nouméa
A mango RDA from the best options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.29 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested mango in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where mango goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mango in Nouméa survives.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
