Mango pen device IQOS in Nouméa: the guide shortlist
Mango in Nouméa: 12 units tested over 3 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the mango habit
Mango pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 12 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Mango sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: mango in Nouméa works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mango pen device really costs in Nouméa
Mango in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested mango in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a mango bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where mango goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF32 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.59 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mango the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF3.59 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
Why does mango taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the mango blend itself harsh.
