Lime prefilled pod IQOS in Nouméa: the order shortlist
Lime in Nouméa: 7 units tested over 8 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a prefilled pod for lime
Lime sounds like one product. It is not: a prefilled pod running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Lime prefilled pod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 7 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the prefilled pod you buy decides how long lime tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a lime prefilled pod really costs in Nouméa
Lime prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.51 per 10 ml.
How we tested lime in a prefilled pod
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a lime bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the prefilled pod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where lime goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why lime tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised XPF55 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.51 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
