Lime pen device IQOS in Nouméa: the deals shortlist
Lime in Nouméa: 24 units tested over 9 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Where buyers go wrong with lime in New Caledonia
A lime pen device from the discounted options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.67 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Lime pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: lime in Nouméa works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lime pen device really costs in Nouméa
Lime in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested lime in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every lime bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where lime goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Treating the advertised XPF65 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.67 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why lime tastes flat after two days.
