Lime box mod IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist
Lime in Nouméa: 17 units tested over 9 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good box mod from a repack
The honest read on lime: 17 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Lime in Nouméa reaches the shelf in box mod formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: lime in Nouméa works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lime box mod really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at lime in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the box mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested lime in a box mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every lime bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where lime goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why lime tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a box mod that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
