Licorice vape pen IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist
Licorice in Nouméa: 24 units tested over 6 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a vape pen for licorice
Licorice vape pen reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Licorice sounds like one product. It is not: a vape pen running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: licorice in Nouméa works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a licorice vape pen really costs in Nouméa
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested licorice in a vape pen
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.

On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.37 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF37 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.

Not automatically. On licorice the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.37 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should licorice start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
