Licorice refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the online shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Licorice in Nouméa: 22 units tested over 3 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a refill pack for licorice
Licorice sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Licorice in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: licorice in Nouméa works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a licorice refill pack really costs in Nouméa
A licorice refill pack from the online options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.28 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested licorice in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a licorice bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long licorice in Nouméa survives.
- Treating the advertised XPF56 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.28 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for licorice in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
