Licorice prefilled pod IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Licorice in Nouméa: 24 units tested over 6 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
Licorice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.39 per 10 ml.
The honest read on licorice: 24 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the prefilled pod you buy decides how long licorice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a licorice prefilled pod really costs in Nouméa
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested licorice in a prefilled pod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a prefilled pod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for prefilled pod in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest prefilled pod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long licorice in Nouméa survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why licorice tastes flat after two days.
