Licorice 10 ml bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the wholesale shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Licorice in Nouméa: 9 units tested over 3 weeks, 10 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a 10 ml bottle for licorice
Licorice in a 10 ml bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Licorice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.53 per 10 ml.
The short version: licorice in Nouméa works if the 10 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a licorice 10 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
Licorice sounds like one product. It is not: a 10 ml bottle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested licorice in a 10 ml bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for 10 ml bottle in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why licorice tastes flat after two days.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a 10 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for licorice in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a 10 ml bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.53 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF63 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does licorice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 10 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the licorice blend itself harsh.
How long does licorice in a 10 ml bottle last?
In Nouméa we measured 3 to 9 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
