Lemon vape pen IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist
Lemon in Nouméa: 8 units tested over 6 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
We run lemon the same way in Nouméa: same vape pen, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Lemon vape pen reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the vape pen you buy decides how long lemon tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a lemon vape pen really costs in Nouméa
Lemon in Nouméa reaches the shelf in vape pen formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested lemon in a vape pen
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised XPF62 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.27 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for lemon in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a vape pen cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.27 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF62 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does lemon taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the lemon blend itself harsh.
