Lemon RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the order shortlist
Lemon in Nouméa: 15 units tested over 3 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the lemon habit
Lemon in Nouméa reaches the shelf in RDA formats, and the pre-order ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Lemon prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF1.62 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long lemon tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a lemon RDA really costs in Nouméa
Lemon RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 15 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested lemon in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a lemon bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
