Lemon pod kit IQOS in Nouméa: the guide shortlist
Lemon in Nouméa: 15 units tested over 5 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a pod kit for lemon
Lemon prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.35 per 10 ml.
A lemon pod kit from the starter options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.35 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: lemon in Nouméa works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lemon pod kit really costs in Nouméa
Lemon in a pod kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested lemon in a pod kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long lemon in Nouméa survives.
- Mixing lemon with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a pod kit that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
