Lemon pen device IQOS in Nouméa: the flat shortlist
Lemon in Nouméa: 18 units tested over 9 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How we tested Lemon pen device here
A lemon pen device from the flat-rate options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.06 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you are looking at lemon in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: lemon in Nouméa works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lemon pen device really costs in Nouméa
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested lemon in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every lemon bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why lemon tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for lemon in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
