Iced vape pen IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist
Iced in Nouméa: 9 units tested over 4 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you are looking at iced in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the vape pen you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Below is the run we did for this search: 9 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a iced vape pen really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on iced: 9 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested iced in a vape pen
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where iced goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a vape pen that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.

Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How much does a vape pen cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF1.81 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF41 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
