Iced starter kit IQOS in Nouméa: the compare shortlist
Iced in Nouméa: 21 units tested over 8 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Iced is allowed to say
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.33 per 10 ml.
Iced starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 21 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: iced in Nouméa works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a iced starter kit really costs in Nouméa
A iced starter kit from the compared options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.33 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested iced in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where iced goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why iced tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for iced in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.

Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 6–12 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
