Iced refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the flat shortlist
Iced in Nouméa: 10 units tested over 9 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Where buyers go wrong with iced in New Caledonia
Iced sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you are looking at iced in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long iced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a iced refill pack really costs in Nouméa
Iced in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested iced in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where iced goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does iced in a refill pack last?
In Nouméa we measured 9 to 10 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
