Iced pen device IQOS in Nouméa: the online shortlist
Iced in Nouméa: 16 units tested over 5 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
Iced in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Iced sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 16 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a iced pen device really costs in Nouméa
A iced pen device from the online options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.32 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested iced in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every iced bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Batch code and production date, so a iced bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where iced goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why iced tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised XPF53 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.32 per 10 ml.
