Iced pen device IQOS in Nouméa: the deals shortlist
Iced in Nouméa: 15 units tested over 6 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the iced habit
A iced pen device from the discounted options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.32 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: iced in Nouméa works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a iced pen device really costs in Nouméa
Iced in Nouméa reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested iced in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every iced bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where iced goes wrong
- Mixing iced with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long iced in Nouméa survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should iced start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
How long does iced in a pen device last?
In Nouméa we measured 6 to 15 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
