Honey nicotine salt bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the flat shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Honey in Nouméa: 9 units tested over 2 weeks, nicotine salt bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the honey habit
We run honey the same way in Nouméa: same nicotine salt bottle, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Honey prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF1.67 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the nicotine salt bottle you buy decides how long honey tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested honey in a nicotine salt bottle
- Pick the nicotine salt bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for nicotine salt bottle in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a honey bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where honey goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long honey in Nouméa survives.
- Mixing honey with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
Why does honey taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the nicotine salt bottle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the honey blend itself harsh.
How long does honey in a nicotine salt bottle last?
In Nouméa we measured 2 to 9 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
How much does a nicotine salt bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF1.67 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF30 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
