Herbal refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist
Herbal in Nouméa: 20 units tested over 4 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a refill pack for herbal
We run herbal the same way in Nouméa: same refill pack, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Herbal in Nouméa reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: herbal in Nouméa works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a herbal refill pack really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at herbal in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested herbal in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a herbal bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the herbal blend itself harsh.
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.29 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF36 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On herbal the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.29 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
