Herbal refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the compare shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Herbal in Nouméa: 7 units tested over 9 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
The honest read on herbal: 7 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long herbal tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a herbal refill pack really costs in Nouméa
A herbal refill pack from the compared options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.73 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested herbal in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every herbal bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How long does herbal in a refill pack last?
In Nouméa we measured 9 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does herbal taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the herbal blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On herbal the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.73 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
