Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
Herbal in Nouméa reaches the shelf in RDA formats, and the value ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
We run herbal the same way in Nouméa: same RDA, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 24 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a herbal RDA really costs in Nouméa
A herbal RDA from the value options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.31 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested herbal in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a herbal bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised XPF34 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.31 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
