Herbal in Nouméa: 23 units tested over 3 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What herbal costs in Nouméa
The honest read on herbal: 23 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Herbal in Nouméa reaches the shelf in box mod formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: herbal in Nouméa works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a herbal box mod really costs in Nouméa
Herbal in a box mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested herbal in a box mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the box mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest box mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long herbal in Nouméa survives.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the herbal blend itself harsh.
How much does a box mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.41 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF49 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On herbal the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.41 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
