Herbal 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Nouméa: the flat shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Herbal in Nouméa: 11 units tested over 5 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Herbal is allowed to say
Herbal sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: herbal in Nouméa works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a herbal 30 ml shortfill really costs in Nouméa
A herbal 30 ml shortfill from the flat-rate options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.19 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested herbal in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a herbal bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long herbal in Nouméa survives.
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for herbal in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should herbal start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 30 ml shortfill.
Why does herbal taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the herbal blend itself harsh.
How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.19 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF40 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
