Guava in Nouméa: 24 units tested over 3 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What guava costs in Nouméa
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
If you are looking at guava in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: guava in Nouméa works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a guava refill pack really costs in Nouméa
Guava prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.75 per 10 ml.
How we tested guava in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a guava bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every guava bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where guava goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing guava with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
