Guava cartomizer IQOS in Nouméa: the guide shortlist
Guava in Nouméa: 13 units tested over 4 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How we tested Guava cartomizer here
We run guava the same way in Nouméa: same cartomizer, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The honest read on guava: 13 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: guava in Nouméa works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a guava cartomizer really costs in Nouméa
Guava sounds like one product. It is not: a cartomizer running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested guava in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where guava goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long guava in Nouméa survives.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing guava with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
