Graphite sub-ohm kit IQOS in Nouméa: the guide shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Graphite in Nouméa: 18 units tested over 2 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What graphite costs in Nouméa
Graphite prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.08 per 10 ml.
Graphite in Nouméa reaches the shelf in sub-ohm kit formats, and the starter ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Below is the run we did for this search: 18 units, sub-ohm kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a graphite sub-ohm kit really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on graphite: 18 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested graphite in a sub-ohm kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a sub-ohm kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a graphite bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a sub-ohm kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a sub-ohm kit that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for graphite in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does graphite taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the graphite blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should graphite start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a sub-ohm kit.
