Graphite RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the online shortlist
Graphite in Nouméa: 21 units tested over 6 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good RDA from a repack
The honest read on graphite: 21 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: graphite in Nouméa works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a graphite RDA really costs in Nouméa
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested graphite in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every graphite bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why graphite tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised XPF42 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.44 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Is graphite legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit.
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF3.44 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF42 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does graphite taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the graphite blend itself harsh.
