Graphite pod kit IQOS in Nouméa: the online shortlist
Graphite in Nouméa: 9 units tested over 8 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good pod kit from a repack
Graphite prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.34 per 10 ml.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Below is the run we did for this search: 9 units, pod kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a graphite pod kit really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on graphite: 9 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested graphite in a pod kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Coil type inside the pod kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a graphite bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pod kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a pod kit that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Treating the advertised XPF46 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.34 per 10 ml.
