What the label on Graphite is allowed to say
The honest read on graphite: 13 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Below is the run we did for this search: 13 units, mesh tank, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.

How we tested graphite in a mesh tank
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a graphite bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every graphite bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF48 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.51 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.

On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.51 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF48 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is graphite legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit.
