Graphite e-liquid bundle IQOS in Nouméa: the order shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Graphite in Nouméa: 17 units tested over 5 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Graphite is allowed to say
We run graphite the same way in Nouméa: same e-liquid bundle, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Graphite prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF1.96 per 10 ml.
The short version: graphite in Nouméa works if the e-liquid bundle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a graphite e-liquid bundle really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at graphite in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the e-liquid bundle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested graphite in a e-liquid bundle
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for e-liquid bundle in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a graphite bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every graphite bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Mixing graphite with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a e-liquid bundle that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long graphite in Nouméa survives.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How long does graphite in a e-liquid bundle last?
In Nouméa we measured 5 to 17 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On graphite the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF1.96 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
