What grapey costs in Nouméa
Grapey prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF1.92 per 10 ml.
Grapey starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long grapey tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a grapey starter kit really costs in Nouméa
Grapey starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested grapey in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where grapey goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing grapey with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why grapey tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
