Grapey refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the guide shortlist
Grapey in Nouméa: 11 units tested over 5 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Where buyers go wrong with grapey in New Caledonia
Grapey in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.

The short version: grapey in Nouméa works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a grapey refill pack really costs in Nouméa
Grapey refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 11 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested grapey in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where grapey goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing grapey with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.

Frequently asked questions
Is grapey legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit.
Why does grapey taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the grapey blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should grapey start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
