Frozen starter kit IQOS in Nouméa: the flat shortlist
Frozen in Nouméa: 21 units tested over 4 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the frozen habit
A frozen starter kit from the flat-rate options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.85 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The honest read on frozen: 21 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen starter kit really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at frozen in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested frozen in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.

Frequently asked questions
Is frozen legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
How long does frozen in a starter kit last?
In Nouméa we measured 4 to 21 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
