Frozen squonk mod IQOS in Nouméa: the order shortlist
Frozen in Nouméa: 8 units tested over 3 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How we tested Frozen squonk mod here
A frozen squonk mod from the pre-order options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.35 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: frozen in Nouméa works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen squonk mod really costs in Nouméa
Frozen in a squonk mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested frozen in a squonk mod
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest squonk mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised XPF65 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.35 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
