Frozen pen device IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist
Frozen in Nouméa: 19 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What frozen costs in Nouméa
A frozen pen device from the reviewed options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.19 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you are looking at frozen in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen pen device really costs in Nouméa
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested frozen in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised XPF59 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.19 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
