What a frozen nicotine salt bottle really costs in Nouméa
We run frozen the same way in Nouméa: same nicotine salt bottle, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested frozen in a nicotine salt bottle
- Pick the nicotine salt bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for nicotine salt bottle in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the nicotine salt bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF29 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.62 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a nicotine salt bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a nicotine salt bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should frozen start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a nicotine salt bottle.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the nicotine salt bottle units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.62 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
